Mara and I were fortunate to have discovered Karen James and Ashton's Blinds, Draperies and Shutters. We found Karen to be the epitome of a consummate professional. As well, this young woman is a person interested in creating value for her customers. She solves problems and invents imaginative solutions in a way that maximizes customer satisfaction. More important, she does her work in an effortless manner and with integrity. I know my wife agrees with me when I say we would highly recommend her service to any person or contracting company who needs quality service at fair prices.
As the CEO of a nationally recognized company, graduate of Harvard's Owner President Managed Program and Writer for the Globe and Mail's Leadership Column, I feel at least modestly qualified to judge excellence in business practice. For me, Karen epitomizes that excellence.
